345pi.com and the 345pi apps for iPhone and Android are operated by Mercer Island Telecom, LLC, based in Mercer Island, Washington, USA. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Mercer Island Telecom, LLC.

The 345pi apps open the 345pi.com website inside the app, so this policy covers the website and the apps together.

• You don't need an account to use 345pi, and we don't ask for your name, email address, or payment details.
• We use Google Analytics and our website platform's analytics to understand how people use the site.
• Your Practice progress is saved only on your own device. It is not sent to us.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't show ads.

When you visit 345pi.com or use a 345pi app, our analytics tools collect usage information, such as:

• pages you view and links or buttons you click
• the date and time of your visit and the site that referred you
• your browser, device type, operating system, and screen size
• approximate location, such as city or country, derived from your IP address

These tools use cookies or similar technologies to tell visits apart. Our hosting providers also keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

The Practice section saves which problems you have answered in your browser's storage on your device. This progress stays on your device and is not sent to us. The iPhone app also saves a small setting on your device so the website knows it is running inside the app.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

345pi is intended for students and adults aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

• You can reset your Practice progress or delete the app at any time.
• You can ask us to access or delete the emails you have sent us.

Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each analytics provider. We keep emails for as long as we need them to respond and to keep business records.

345pi.com is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we limit what we collect and use trusted providers.
